  • How do I place an order?
    It's as easy as just sending me a message. You can message me from this website or from my Facebook page letting me know the item you're interested in and when you need it by and I will gladly send you a prompt reply including pricing. We will then collaborate on the design and once ready I will send you pictures and/or videos of the finished product for your satisfaction confirmation. It's that simple.
  • How much will shipping be?
    Shipping rates are based on size, weight, and location. I use a shipping service that will provide discounted shipping rates and I will email you with those shipping options, rates, and the total for your order.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Depending on how intricate and detailed a job is will determine the amount of time that the order will take to be completed. I send emails and pictures and/or videos of the work as it's accomplished for your review and satisfaction. Once I have received confirmation of satisfaction on the completed order it will be shipped next business day via either USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail, UPS, or Fedex depending on shipping rates to the shipping address.
  • Do you offer discounts or promos?
    Short answer is yes. Who doesn't like a discount? Especially in today's hard times every little bit helps and I sympathize. I periodically offer special discounts and promos as well as repeat customer savings. Large and bulk order discounts are also available just message me to get discount information and pricing.
  • Do you offer returns or exchanges?
    Due to the custom and personalized nature of these products returns and exchanges are not allowed. Custom and handmade items are unique and may have slight imperfections caused by the crafting of the item however if there are errors or defects found after receiving the item a replacement may be sent to you at no charge. Please send an email with images of the problem and I will make it right. I stand by my work and want nothing more than to make my customers happy and keep them coming back.
  • I don't see any prices. How do I know what an item costs?
    Since these item are custom made and personalized prices vary according to the intricacies of the job. Just send me a message with info on the item you're interested in and I will gladly send you a quote.
  • Can you make items using a personal image file?
    Absolutely. I love personalizing products with your own images. Makes it that more special. The greater the quality the better. Usually 300dpi works well for most products but I will always try to make the necessary adjustments to make the final product look clear and beautiful. If the image is just too grainy or just won't work I will definitely let you know.
  • What shirt sizes do you offer?
    I offer sizes from newborn onesies to 4XL mens shirts so there's something available for everyone.
  • What material are your shirts made from?
    The material varies and depends on the project and outcome preferred. For a crisp and vibrant design sublimation is the way to go. In order to achieve this look the shirt must be as close to 100% polyester as possible and it must be a light color, preferably white. I use top quality shirts that are 95-100% polyester but feel just like cotton. If the faded look is what you're after than a 50-50 cotton/poly blend works great. 100% cotton shirts and dark color shirts require an HTV process (heat transfer vinyl) and the design is somewhat limited unlike with sublimation.
